EazyCut Electric

The EazyCut Electric models have been developed for the trimminng of plants in the greenhouse, on a fixed location. All models combine superb trimming quality with a 100% collection of the trimmings, which are blown into a bag or box. There are basically three version availabe:

EazyCut 500-E
The EazyCut 500-E is a perfect, cost effective system for the cutting of plants & pots which are transported over belts. The superiour cutting quality and the collection of the cuttings make this the perfect trimming system for many plants.
The EazyCut 500-E can be supplied as “self build kit”. This kit comprises the EazyCut 500 cutting knife with integrated ventilator and flexible shaft with E-motor (220/380V) attached. With this kit, a tailor made frame can be made.
We can also supply the EazyCut 500-E as a complete system, with outfeed of the cuttings to the side, variable knife speed and an extra ventilator for optimal transportation of the cuttings. Cutting height can be varied by means of an integrated (electrical driven) spindle. An integrated transport belt can be supplied on request.

EazyCut 1600-E
The EazyCut 1600 E has been developed to cut complete growing tables. The EazyCut is build in a compact base frame with removable safety covers. The cutting widht of the system is fixed at 160 cm. The systems are provided standard with with electrical heigh adjustment. The cuttings can be collected in a bag or sideways in a box.

EazyCut CD (central drive)
Our latest development is an EazyCut system with Central Drive System. Because the drive system is positioned behind the knife instead of besides the knife, it is possible to cut below table level. We can supply the EazyCut CD knife in a variable width up to 180 cm!. All systems made with the EazyCut CD knife are electrical driven and tailor made.
